Marching Band Commitment Form / Registration
Parent must enter all information below and click the Sign Commitment Form button.
You will then be re-directed to a DocuSign page where the Parent must electronically sign the commitment form.
After the Parent signs, the Student will receive an email from DocuSign requesting electronic signature.
Please ensure your Student acts promptly on that email. Both Parent AND Student must sign or submission will not be accepted.
Normally, we collect a deposit upon initial registration. However, due to uncertainty regarding the schedule for the 2020 season, we will not be requesting money until a later date. Please honor your commitment to participate as we are accepting your commitment in “good faith”.
